How to repeat an exam, or reset old failed exam results |

If you have written and not passed an exam, a "reset" button will appear beside the exam in question. Click it. |
||||
| This will allow you to retake the exam. It also can be used to clean up any old multiple entries for the same exam. | ||||

| The exam status will change to "available". This removes old fail results from your dashboard and allows you to retake the exam if desired. | ||||

How to repeat a lesson |
||||
| Go to your dashboard and click the entry in the Lessons column for the course: | ||||

||||
| This will take you to the lessons page for that course. Select the lesson before the one you want to repeat in the "Set last lesson completed to" and click update. In this example, you have already finished lesson 3 and would like to repeat it, so you will set the last lesson completed to 2. |

| In this example, lesson 3 is now the "next" lesson, allowing you to retake the lesson. | ||||

How to repeat a course |

| This will take you to the lessons page for that course. Select 0 in the "Set last lesson completed to" dropdown list if it isn't already, and click update: |

| The first lesson in the course is now the "next" lesson, allowing you to restart the course! | ||||

| Up to ten Course repeats are normally allowed with the Unlimited Plan. | ||||
| Course repeats are for the benefit of the registered student only. Course repeats may not be viewed by anyone other than the registered student. Abuse will result in cancellation of your myTeracom account and all certificates with no warning and no refund. | ||||
