We have implemented a new system called myTeracom to support our customers.
Simple and powerful, myTeracom allows you instant access to free online resources, enter and track registrations and purchases... and change your newsletter delivery preference.
To manage your newsletter preference, all you have to do is log in, making sure you enter the email address the newsletter was sent to as your user ID.
Subsequently, you'll see a link for "newsletter subscription" on your myTeracom home page.
Alternately, you can reply to a newsletter with the word remove in the subject line, and your email adddress will be excluded from newsletter mailings.
If you got a copy of the newsletter emailed directly to you, you already have an account.
Just retrieve your password and log in.
