Applying for the contract and being evaluated for acceptance by the GSA was a two-year-long process of serious vetting, which included an anonymous former customer quality rating where we scored 97%!
Teracom's GSA contract is for US federal government purchasing of our SIN 611430 instructor-led and web-based training, and SIN 333318TDTM books. This includes training on telecommunications, IP, networking, VoIP, MPLS, IPv6 and wireless topics, delivered in:
