PO Box Instructions - Online Order Forms

If your credit card is billed to a PO Box, please fill out the form this way:

Under "Credit Card Billing Address":
Enter only "NNN" in the Street Address field (where NNN is your box number)
Do not enter any text, just the box number.
Enter the City, State/Province, ZIP/Postal Code

Click "next" and if everything looks OK, click "confirm" on the next page.
Your transaction should be approved.

If your transaction is declined, check your email - you will receive an email telling you why.
If the error was "AVSDECLINED", try the following instead:

Under "Credit Card Billing Address":
Enter "PO Box NNN" in the Street Address field (where NNN is your box number)
Enter the City, State/Province, ZIP/Postal Code

Shipping to PO Box, APO, FPO addresses

You can not order products to be shipped to PO, APO and FPO addresses using our online order forms. Please call or email us, and we will be happy to help you place your order in these cases.
