Whenever you want to register for a seminar, order products, track your order, check your registration status or just browse our free tutorials, simply sign in.

You can update your information online - including your mailing address and phone number, and whether you would like to receive our monthly newsletter.

Your myTeracom user account remembers your information, so you never have to enter it again when registering for a seminar or ordering products.

Getting started
The first time you click on myTeracom, or try to access members-only areas of the website, you'll see the login page.
Just click "set me up" to create your account. You'll enter basic information like your name and country, and your email address which is your user ID.
If you've done business with us before, chances are good you already have a myTeracom account waiting for you.
After entering your basic information, the system will check to see if you already are set up. If so, just click the link to get your temporary password to log on.

Why is my email address my user ID?
Mainly because it is something you are not likely to forget. As a secondary consideration, most of our critical communication with customers - seminar registrations, order confirmations and the like - are by email, so it is important that we have your correct address.
What if I change my email address?

Is my information safe with you?
