| We can also accept Purchase Orders and payment by check from large businesses and government in the US and Canada. |
| Postal Money Order by mail works from anywhere. |

| PayPal |
|
PayPal is another good option. The procedure is as follows:
1) Enter your registrations in the myTeracom Online Learning and Certifications system. Choose payment by purchase order / check and enter "PayPal" in the space provided for the PO number. Note your myTeracom order
confirmation number.
2) We will send you a payment request via PayPal. When you receive this payment request, follow the instructions you will receive to make a payment to us in US funds for the amount of your purchase.
3)
Until we receive payment, your online learning courses will show up in your dashboard, but will have the status "pending". When we receive the PayPal payment, our customer service will update your order to be "available" in your dashboard and email you a receipt. |
| Purchase Orders |
|
We accept Purchase Orders from large companies and government in the USA and Canada. The procedure is as follows:
1) Get your PO issued internally.
2) Enter your registrations in the myTeracom Online Learning and Certifications system, and at checkout, choose payment by purchase order / check and enter the PO number in the space provided.
3) Email or fax a copy of your PO to us. See the "contact us" page for the fax number and email address.
Until we receive the purchase order, your online learning courses will show up in your dashboard, but will have the status "pending". When we receive and verify your PO, our customer service will update your order to be "available" in your dashboard and email you an invoice.
Terms are net 30 days. |

| Payment by check |
|
We accept payment by check. The procedure is as follows:
1) Enter your registrations in the myTeracom Online Learning and Certifications system, and at checkout, choose payment by purchase order / check and enter the check number in the space provided if you have it. Note your confirmation number.
2) Mail your check to us, referencing your confirmation number. See the "contact us" page for the mailing address.
Until we receive the check and it clears your bank, your online learning courses will show up in your dashboard, but will have the status "pending". We will advise you when we receive the check. When your check clears, our customer service will update your order to be "available" in your dashboard and email you a receipt.
Note that if you accompany your check with a PO as above, you don't have to wait until the check clears for your Online Learning to be available. |

| Postal Money Order by mail works from anywhere |
|
Postal Money Orders are a better payment method than checks from many countries, as there is no waiting period for a check to clear. The procedure is as follows:
1) Enter your registrations in the myTeracom Online Learning and Certifications system. Choose payment by purchase order / check and enter "money order" in the space provided for the PO number. Note your myTeracom order
confirmation number.
2) Go to your local Post Office and buy an International Postal Money Order in US funds for the amount of your purchase.
3)
Mail the Money Order to us, referencing your confirmation number. See the "contact us" page for the mailing address.
Until we receive the Money Order, your online learning courses will show up in your dashboard, but will have the status "pending". When we receive the Money Order, our customer service will update your order to be "available" in your dashboard and email you a receipt. |
