If you do the Lessons in a Course, then write the Course Exam, but do not pass, a new row listing the Course will automatically appear in your Dashboard with "add to cart" in the status column.
If the new row with "add to cart" does not appear, please see the next section for instructions. |
| Click "add to cart" from the Dashboard, then enter the appropriate coupon number from the table below and click "Update Cart" to reduce the cost to zero then check out. |

| A new row with that Course will appear in your Dashboard, with both the Lesson Status available and the Exam available. Then you may repeat the Course Lessons, or the Exam, or both. |

| Repeat a Course after Pass - or if the "add to cart" link doesn't appear |

| If you would like to repeat a Course after passing the Course Exam, or you would like to repeat a course but for some reason, the "add to cart" link does not automatically appear in your dashboard as described in the previous section, find the desired Course under the correct heading in the Catalog and add it to your shopping cart. Then enter the coupon number from the table above, click "Update Cart" to reduce the cost to zero and check out. |
| IMPORTANT! Select the Course from the correct heading in the Catalog: |
• If you initially registered for the CTNS Certification Package - Unlimited Plan,
select under the "CTNS Component Courses - Unlimited Plan" heading: |
• If you initially registered for the CIPTS Certification Package - Unlimited Plan,
select under the "CIPTS Component Courses - Unlimited Plan" heading. |
• If you initially registered for an Individual Course - Unlimited Plan, or any other Package - Unlimited Plan,
select under the "Individual Courses - Unlimited Plan" heading. |
| Selecting the Course from under the correct heading in the Catalog will ensure it is properly grouped with the previous Courses in your Dashboard, and the repeated Course Exam will count towards your certificate if necessary. |

| Repeat a Certification Exam / Exam Module after Fail |

| If you write a Certification Exam, but do not pass, a new row with the Exam (or Exam Module if the Certification Exam has multiple modules) should automatically appear in your Dashboard with "add to cart" in the status column.
Click "add to cart" from the Dashboard, then enter the coupon number and click "Update Cart" to reduce the cost to zero then check out. |

| Exams may be repeated until you pass. |
| Up to ten Course repeats are normally allowed with the Unlimited Plan. |
| Course repeats are for the benefit of the registered student only. Course repeats may not be viewed by anyone other than the registered student. Abuse will result in cancellation of your myTeracom account and all certificates with no warning and no refund. |
